Based in California, OTS is since 1984 the undisputed leader in scuba diving telecommunication equipment. Their main markets are Defense and underwater works. Its « Diver Recall System » is used by the French Navy as well as many Rescue brigades. OTS also expanded to the leisure market with their GUARDIAN full face masks and the new SPECTRUM.
